Cancellation Policy

For all products excluding made-to-order items

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the order is shipped or within 12 business hours after payment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, we will notify you of the carrier's name and provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.

Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

Made-to-order products

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after 12 hours from the time of submission. Any cancellation or modification request (including changes to size, color, material, etc.) made after this period will incur a penalty fee of 25% of the product price, which shall be borne by the customer.

Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
