We're pleased to offer one exchange opportunity per customer. Should you wish to modify your original order specifications (including size, color, or liner), here's how it works:

1. Pricing:  

•  If you'd like us to remake your product, we’ll offer a 20% discount (based on your original order amount) in the form of a gift card
•  Example: If your original order total was $100, you’ll receive a $20 gift card to use toward a new purchase.
•  The gift card can be combined with other website discounts and has no expiration date.

Note:Additional customization costs (e.g., fabric upgrades, size changes) will apply if the new selections exceed the original order’s value.

2. No Return Needed:  

•  Keep your original product - no need to ship it back

3. Simple Process:

•  Contact our customer service to initiate your exchange
•  Provide your order original number
•  Our team will calculate and send a gift card to you

4. With ''Guarantee Your FIT!'':

Zero additional cost for size-related exchanges
Applies only when: 
•  ''Guarantee your FIT!'' was purchased with original order
•  Exchange is for size correction only
•  New size falls within your original window measurements
